Chris Francis - Development Manager

Auckland Subdivisions Director is Civil Engineer/Surveyor Chris Francis. who specialises in major land development projects across Auckland. He does this whilst managing his own Residential Investments Portfolio through another company Chris Francis Properties Limited (CFPL).

CFPL is a Residential Investments Company which has been operating for 10 years.

Its's current portfolio of Auckland based properties spans the North Shore, CBD, East Auckland and South Auckland.

Chris attributes some of his success to his discipline gained from over 25 years in martial arts and currently holds a 4th Degree Black Belt. He has recently formed a new company Auckland Subdivisions which aims to enhance and strengthen his land development aspirations of his existing stock and future acquisitions.
