Chris Francis Properties Limited is a Residential Investments Company which currently owns and operates a portfolio of rental properties across Auckland. Formed in 2005 we can also assist in Estate planning, budgeting, and assistance reaching your financial goals.

With personal business interests, I have built Chris Francis Properties into a profitable business, and have recently founded Auckland Subdivisions Ltd.
