The successful completion of a two lot residential subdivision consent. This involved planning, survey and engineering to obtain consent from council for this 660m2 site. It involved moving the garage to the corner so a new lot could be obtained while retaining the existing house.
Feasibility Studies for many potential projects has also been carried out.
